Rubicel was born in Zacualtipán, in the northeast of the state of Hidalgo. He moved to Puerto Vallarta two years ago after studying to be a chef in his state capital of Pachuco. He loves coffee and wine and hopes to study oenology. When he isn’t giving his trademark friendly service at ¿Qué Pasa? he can be found CrossFit training or at home reading.
